• The website www.inizio.gr is the official e-shop that displays and sells/ provides (wholesale and retail) the products of the enterprise with Tax Registration Number: 136093606, Tax Office: E’ Thessaloniki and with Registration Number 059063104000, which is headquartered in the city of Thessaloniki, Address: 14 IROON 5 str EFKARPIA Postal Code 564 29, Tel.: +30 2311249365, E-mail: info@inizio.gr.

  The below mentioned terms are applied for the use of the e-shop. Every user/visitor/customer that has access, navigates, does business or generally uses the services of the e-shop is considered to consent and unreservedly accepts the following terms. If, however, one does not agree with the terms, then is obliged to leave the website, cease all use and terminate all transactions with the e-shop. Before you proceed with the use please read the following terms.

  The enterprise reserves the right to modify or update the terms. We advise you to regularly visit the webpage where the terms are published so as to be accurately informed.

  Products

  The products for sale on the website are sold upon availability. In case of depletion of the supplies of the product after the completion of the order the enterprise informs the user (via e-mail) and either suggests the replacement of the product or a refund within 15 days.

  Inizio.gr informs the user about the standard specifications of the products (price, size, color, material, conservation, shape). It is suggested that the user carefully reads the specifications, given that the choice and the purchase of such a products is strictly under the customer’s responsibility.

  Order

  The purchase through the e-shop constitutes a distance sales agreement, regulated by the Law N.2251/1994, as modified. The order of the customer is a binding purchasing order of a product in the total price that is described during the submission of the order. A valid order through the electronic system can be submitted only by a customer that has the capacity to perform legal acts, according to the national legislation.

  The purchase procedure is as follows: The customer selects the product he wishes to buy and clicks on “Add to basket”. The product is automatically transferred to the basket (there is the option to add more products or remove products from the basket). After he completes the selection he clicks on the “Complete order” button in the basket page and follows the steps to complete the order by filling in the billing and shipping information. The order is complete with its acceptance by www.inizio.gr, which sends a confirmation e-mail to the customer to the mail he submitted during the order. In case of no confirmation letter, please contact the enterprise.

  Change / Return of the products

  Changes / returns are made only on products belonging to the categories of leggings (not tights) and socks. Stocks belonging to the category of underwear (such as boxers, briefs but also tights and stockings) are not returned or replaced.

  Free changes are made to all leggings. In this case the return costs and the costs of new shipment are covered by the company. The choice of the transport company /courier is made by the company INIZIO. The change should be made with a product of equal or greater value than the returned one. If the price of the new product is higher than the returned product, it is delivered only covering the additional payment.

  For any other change, the return costs and re-shipping costs are covered by the customer.

  No changes are made to products that are not in their original packaging. Exceptions are cases where a defective or different product has been sent by mistake of the company from the one requested by the customer. In this case the return costs and re-shipping costs are covered by the company.

  The customer reserves the right to change / replace the product for a different one within 7 days of receiving the original order.

  The company is entitled to accept the return of the product only in case it has not been spoiled (odor, dirt or damaged) and it is in excellent condition as received, within its original packaging.

  All changes require telephone communication (2311249365, Monday-Friday, hours 09: 00-17: 00) or communication via email (info@inizio.gr). To receive the new product, the company must first have received and checked the parcel you have to return.

  Subscription to the Newsletter

  The subscription of the user/customer to the newsletter of the enterprise in realized upon request and is not an obligation in order to complete the purchase from the e-shop of www.inizio.gr or for the rendering other services (i.e. Navigation on the website). The subscription to the Newsletter is complete with the submission of the e-mail address of the customer.

  The customer/user of the website may proceed with an order from www.inizio.gr as a guest or create a user account.

  Subscription/ Order

  When the user subscribes to the services of www.inizio.gr or realizes orders he is bound to provide real and accurate data concerning the information needed in the respective forms or the order forms so as to access the services or purchase the goods.

  Methods of payment: The different methods of payment are the following:

  Pay on Delivery: Payment upon the receipt of the order. As soon as the delivery agent arrives at the place indicated so as to deliver the products you pay cash for the value of your order.

  Credit Card: Your credit card information is not saved in the archives of the enterprise during the transaction. They are submitted in a safe environment of the partner bank “Eurobank” that deals with the credit cards. We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express.

  PayPal: PayPal is an online money transfer platform. The receipt only receives money and never receives credit card information. The credit card information is disclosed exclusively to PayPal.

  For your convenience please submit your order number along with the transfer of the amount.

  For orders that exceed the amount of 100, 00 € there is the option of paying in interest-free installments (up to 6).

  Furthermore, there is the possibility to choose between a receipt and an invoice. Invoices are issued to companies and independent professionals.

  Price policy

  The prices of the products are in Euros (€). The prices are calculated by the prices during the order. All prices that appear on the website include VAT. The enterprise has the right to update its prices on the e-shop without further notice of the customer by announcing them in its website.

  Security

  The website uses the SSL protocol of Eurobank for secure online commercial transactions. This way the credit card information is encrypted so as to be retrieved or altered during their online transfer.

  Delivery of Goods

  The delivery of the goods within Greece takes place within 1-3 working days from the day of the order with ELTA Courier (door to door), without extra charge for hard-to-reach areas. The 24h initial step of the order processing is not calculated in the delivery time, neither do Weekends or bank holidays.

  Deliveries take place on working days between Monday and Friday. If there is a delay due to force majeure, www.inizio.gr is not liable.

  The delivery cost is 4 € for Greece. For orders of more than or equal to 40 € THERE IS NO DELIVERY FEE. The shipping cost for other countries is calculated upon telephone communication and depends on the weight of each order.

  In case that the shipping company can’t track the recipient in the address indicated during the order, the product is returned to the enterprise. The latter has to contact again the customer to send again the order.

  Change of size-color:

  The merchandise that belongs to the category of underwear (such as stockings) cannot be returned or replaced. There is the exception of the cases where there has been a mistake of the enterprise, such as a defective product or different than the one requested. In that case the expenses of the return as well as the new shipping fee are covered by the enterprise. For all returns customers have to contact by phone the enterprise (+30 2311249365, Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00) or by e-mail (info@inizio.gr). Customers have the right to change/replace the item for a different one within 7 days after the receipt of the original order.

  In order to receive a new product the enterprise should have first received and checked the parcel the customer returned.

  In case of a return for a different design-item, if the price of the new item is higher than the returning product, then the new one is delivered only after the receipt of the extra payment.

  Withdrawal

  The customer can withdraw the purchase within 14 days from the receipt of the product without mentioning the reasons or providing any explanation. In that case, the product is returned and the customer receives a refund. The enterprise has the right to accept the return of the product only if it is not damaged (smells, smudges, damages, wears), is in its initial situation as received, is full, in its initial packaging and has all the relevant documents. In other case, the product is returned again to the customer with the expenses paid by the same and the withdrawal is as if it has never been exerted.

  Before the aforementioned deadline the customer is obliged to inform in writing the enterprise for the withdrawal, as the purchase agreements defines, either by a) e-mail or, b) by mail. There is a template of withdrawal letter here. The use of the specific template is not binding.

  The product is returned to the address: 14 IROON 5 str EFKARPIA Postal Code 56429. The enterprise will refund the customer. The expenses of the return are paid by the customer. The refund will take place within 10 days after the receipt of the returned good. The refund will be directed as credit to the bank account indicated by the customer to the enterprise.

  Return of Goods

  In any case of returning goods the customer is obliged to deliver them in their original packaging and condition, with all original labels and documents that came with the product.

  Intellectual Property Rights and Label

  The total content of www.inizio.gr (Texts, graphics, images, photographs, software, audio-video files, and design) constitutes intellectual property of www.inizio.gr and is protected by the Greek and European legal regulations as well as the international conventions. Therefore, it is prohibited to copy, play and transmit this content.

  Applicable Law – Jurisdiction

  For any conflicts that occur directly or indirectly from the use of the website, the applicable laws are the ones applied in Greece while the Courthouses of Thessaloniki are exclusively responsible for any legal issue.

  Data Protection

  Read here the Safety and Privacy Policy Statement for the Protection of Personal Data of our enterprise, according to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

  Responsibility

  The enterprise is not liable (directly or indirectly) for any loss or lost profit of the user of www.inizio.gr, when the latter is product of illegal acts of third parties, virus propagation during the use of the website or the viewing of the content or issues that may occur during the use of computers.
